Letter from our CEO
Who we are
Our Ongoing Commitment to Social Care Excellence
Jubilee House Care Trust is a charity supporting and caring for children and adults with Learning Disabilities or Autism

Dear All,
Jubilee House, its wonderful team and those who support us continue to do a great job. We enable over 140 individuals with Learning Disabilities or Autism to experience the joy of holidays, nights out or time away from home, whilst giving families time to experience weekends away, date nights, family events and many other aspects of life we all generally take for granted. The impact the team at Jubilee House have on families and the wider community cannot be understated and much of this unnoticed by the wider population.
We continue to operate in a more complex social care sector remaining under increasing financial challenges like many of providers across the UK. We are actively working to break the link between government set minimum wages and the limited funding allocated to social care. Ensuring our team receives fair and improving salaries is a priority, and we are collaborating with other organisations to influence policymakers and advocate for appropriate social care funding.
We continue to focus on expanding the support we provide, and our focus now is on sustaining first class support by diversifying our commercial income streams. Our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care continues to strengthen as we embrace new technology, including AI, and improve our practices.
We are fortunate to have a strong leadership team and continue to attract exceptional individuals who are dedicated to supporting the young people and adults in our care. Our relationships with key partners remains strong, and we are exploring new opportunities in the local area to enhance donations and grants, ensuring we can better support our operations team and Service Users.
Looking ahead, our priority remains delivering safe, high-quality care to the local community across Hertfordshire and beyond. We want to increase the positive impact we have on individuals and their families.
As always, my sincere thanks go to the entire Jubilee House team, our partners and our Trustees for their unwavering support and commitment.
