We offer a wide range of care and support across diverse settings and homes to ensure the people we support get the best care. We have been running services for nearly 50 years and have a great reputation with the families and individuals we work with.

We believe that people with learning disabilities and autism should be empowered to live their lives their way. Providing individually tailored care and support through a wide range of services for both adults and children, makes Jubilee House a unique organisation within Hertfordshire.

The hub of our services are located in and around Welwyn Garden City, but we are also able to provide services to North London Boroughs, such as Barnet, Camden, Haringey, Enfield and further afield to the Home Counties of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Buckinghamshire.
