Inspired by the people we support
Jubilee House Care Trust is a charity supporting and caring for children and adults with Learning Disabilities or with Autism
We are based in Welwyn Garden City and have six properties providing different types of care and support for adults and children with learning disabilities within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Enfield. Our services are also available to people from Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Barnet, Camden, Islington and other North London areas.
Our services cover a wide spectrum of learning disability needs, including those with associated mobility and physical disabilities. Our care is tailored to meet the individuals needs.
We have a team of approximately 80 staff with varied levels of experience and knowledge about the care industry and the challenges of providing a good quality of care.

Our vision for the Jubilee House Coastal Retreat is to create a welcoming and accessible space where individuals with learning disabilities can relax, explore, and enjoy new experiences by the sea. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment, ensuring everyone feels supported, valued, and inspired.
Thames Path Challenge
Our Thames Path Challenge is more than just a walk – it’s an opportunity to push your limits, connect with others, and make a meaningful impact. Whether you're taking on the full 100km, a shorter distance, this challenge offers a supportive and inspiring environment where every step counts.
Decorating
Our modern institution is interested in cultivating an environment where young students can come together and learn in a creative and flexible environment. We work collaboratively with our students to achieve outstanding results.
