Extended Tailored Support for Complex Needs
43 Lincoln Close offers flexible, therapeutic short breaks and extended stays for young people aged 8–18 with autism, learning disabilities, mental health or complex emotional needs. Designed as a homely, community-based setting, 43 Lincoln Close supports crisis prevention, hospital step-down, and transitional care — giving young people a safe space to reset, build resilience, and move forward.
Our highly trained team provides personalised care focused on safety, stability, and growth, helping each young person thrive through structured routines, meaningful relationships, and individualised support plans. Whether for planned or unplanned placements, this home aims to offer bespoke support to bridge the gap between inpatient care and home.
Children’s Services
Children aged 5–18 can enjoy meaningful short breaks designed to help them grow, flourish, and feel welcome, with bespoke environments in both Welwyn Garden City and Hertford

Our modern, spacious four bedroomed house in Welwyn Garden City is a place where individuals are supported to shine, families gain peace of mind, and everyone is encouraged to thrive
