Our Leadership Team brings together professionals from a range of backgrounds, with strong expertise in the social care sector. Working closely with our Board of Trustees, we ensure Jubilee House delivers safe, high-quality care for the people we support, their families, and the communities we serve.

LEADERSHIP TEAM – OPERATIONS

Sam Perry
Sam PerryHead of Operations
Sam joined Jubilee House in 1995 as a support worker and now manages our Operations team. Sam has a passion for making sure that individuals receive the highest quality of support that meets their needs. She oversees our services and homes and has achieved consistently good ratings from CQC and achieving an Outstanding rating by Ofsted in October 2018.
Jai Bryant
Jai BryantRegistered Manager - Adults
Jai joined Jubilee House as Deputy Manager in April 2017 for our Residential and Supported Living services with a background in Domiciliary Care and Enablement. As of 1st November 2019 Jai was appointed to the position of Registered Manager for our Residential service, Jonquil Close and is leading the team to achieve the highest standards possible.
Alaina Coates
Alaina CoatesRegistered Manager - Adults
Alaina joined the Charity in August 2022 as Registered Manager for three of our Supported Living and Residential Services. She has worked in health and social care for many years, including Hightown and HCC. She has dedicated 17 years to specialising in learning disabilities and mental health. Alaina is hugely passionate about empowering people to live full lives.
Ann-Deen White
Ann-Deen WhiteRegistered Manager - Childrens
Ann-Deen joined Jubilee House in November 2022 as a Deputy Manager, she was promoted to Registered Manager in August 2024. Her passion is for the young people in the service to have their voices heard and she is committed to delivering care to the highest standard. The Pines has achieved a “Good” rating in all three areas and our vision is for the service to reach an “Outstanding”.
Laura Edge
Laura EdgeRegistered Manager - Childrens
Laura joined Jubilee House in 2012 as an Apprentice Business Administrator. She then became a permanent member of staff as a Short Break Coordinator and now is the Registered Manager at Peartree Short Break Centre. She is passionate about providing tailored care and support for the children and young people who access the service and is always on hand to help colleagues out.

Jon Pratten
Jon PrattenCEO
Jon was appointed CEO in 2018 after joining the Board of Trustees in 2014 and was the Deputy Chairman and headed the Operations Committee focused on supporting the Operations Team and staff around various projects. Jon’s background is in technology, with a focus on supporting the development of teams and organisations so they can get the best from their teams and investments.
Helen Hargreaves
Helen HargreavesHead of HR
Helen joined the team in 2017 and has a background in HR and Operations Management in the property sector. She works closely with the senior management team to ensure all aspects of the HR function dovetail with the operational needs of the Charity. She is passionate about people and helping create a positive working environment to support our employees in their challenging and important roles.
Cathy Eames
Cathy EamesHead of Finance
Cathy is a highly experienced finance and business professional with a strong track record in strategic financial management, operational leadership, and business transformation. An ACA-qualified accountant with Blue Chip experience, she has successfully driven financial turnarounds, large-scale transactions and optimised operations. Cathy has held previous roles at Prudential and BDO UK with expertise in IT and compliance.

We started providing support in 1977 in Welwyn Garden City and have expanded across Hertfordshire and now support over 140 children and adults.
