Our Trustees are a key part of the support we provide

The Board of Trustees work with the rest of the team to ensure Jubilee House delivers safe quality care and support to the individuals we serve, their families and the local communities we work in.

MEET THE TRUSTEES

Steve Stokes
Steve StokesChairman
Steve became a Trustee in 2005 and Chairman in 2009. An architect by profession and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, he has worked in the housing association sector, managing the delivery of capital programmes, reinvestment strategies and cyclical maintenance programmes. Steve is a partner at a London architectural firm.
Elizabeth Irvine
Elizabeth IrvineTrustee
Elizabeth became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2023. Elizabeth is a Chartered Accountant who has recently retired as a partner of WMT – Chartered Accountants. For over 20 years she specialised in working with charities providing a range of services including audit, independent examinations and taxation advice.
David Salisbury
David SalisburyTrustee
David has been a Trustee with Jubilee House since early 2021. David has a broad experience across multiple sectors at a senior level. His is across both strategic business development as well as operational delivery of services and objectives. David currently works for Farplants.
Ade Onagoruwa
Ade OnagoruwaTrustee
Ade became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2020. Ade is Head of Diversity, Equality & Inclusion for a UK FTSE top 100 company. He is Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Phil Kelsey
Phil KelseyTrustee
Phil became a Trustee of Jubilee House in 2016, and Deputy Chair in 2019. Having previously worked as Head of Central Logistics Operations for a large UK food retailer, Phil now works with a number of clients as an independent logistics consultant. He also volunteers his time in the local community.
Susan Darker
Susan DarkerTrustee
Sue joined the Board in August 2024 with extensive experience in health and social care. Previously Operations Director for Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Autism at Hertfordshire County Council, she began her career as a Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities. She is passionate about safeguarding and has played a key role in Hertfordshire’s Transforming Care Program.
