Our Ongoing Commitment to Social Care Excellence
Jubilee House Care Trust is a charity supporting and caring for children and adults with Learning Disabilities or Autism
Dear All,
Operating in the social care sector remains an increasing financial challenge for Jubilee House and other providers across the UK. We are actively working to break the link between government-set minimum wages and the limited funding allocated to social care. Ensuring our team receives fair and improving salaries is a priority, and we are collaborating with other organisations to influence policymakers and advocate for appropriate social care funding.
Since 2017, we have successfully opened three new services, and our focus now is on sustaining first-class support by diversifying our commercial income streams. Our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care continues to strengthen as we embrace new technology, including AI, and refine our practices.
We are fortunate to have a strong leadership team and continue to attract exceptional individuals who are dedicated to supporting the children and adults in our care. Our relationships with key partners remain strong, and we are exploring new opportunities in the local area to enhance donations and grants, ensuring we can better support our operations team and Service Users.
Looking ahead, our priority remains delivering safe, high-quality care to the local community across Hertfordshire and beyond. As always, my sincere thanks go to the entire Jubilee House team, our partners and our Trustees for their unwavering support and commitment.
